North Las Vegas, Nevada – The Alexander Library, 1755 W. Alexander Road will host a “Nevada Reads” book discussion on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on the 2015 Nevada Reads book selection, “We Are Called to Rise” by author Laura McBride.
Nevada Reads is a state-wide program that has people across Nevada reading the same book and then coming together to discuss the book at lectures, book clubs, and various panel events. This event is made possible by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and by a grant from the Nevada Humanities.
