"Understanding the Quantum World" taught by Erica W. Carlson, professor of physics and astronomy at Purdue University; "Fundamentals of Sustainable Living" taught by Professor Lonnie A. Gamble, founding faculty member and co-director of the Sustainable Living program at Maharishi University of Management; and "Introduction to Astrophysics" taught by Dr. Joshua N. Winn, professor of astrophysical sciences at Princeton University.

"Dog Training 101" taught by Jean Donaldson is the founder and principal instructor of the Academy for Dog Trainers; "How to Paint" taught by Ricky Allman, professor of painting and drawing at the University of Missouri–Kansas City; and "Learning to Play Guitar: Chords, Scales, and Solos" taught by Professor Colin McAllister, Music Program Director at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.

Health and Mindfulness

"Essentials of Tai Chi and Qigong" taught by international Tai Chi instructor David-Dorian Ross; "The Mayor Clinic Diet: The Healthy Approach to Weight Loss" taught by Donald D. Hensrud, M.D., M.P.H., Associate Professor of Nutrition and Preventive Medicine at Mayo Clinic and Director of the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program; and "Yoga for a Healthy Mind and Body" taught Dr. Heidi E. Sormaz who earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University.
