North Las Vegas, Nevada – The City of North Las Vegas and Councilman Isaac Barron are proud to announce the second annual Winter Art Festival on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the City of North Las Vegas’ Stone Soup Art Center located at City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Blvd. North. The event will include a light reception, art exhibition and awards in painting, sculpture and mixed media.
Student and adult artists can submit a maximum of three art pieces for a chance to win 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division. Additional artist recognition for “Councilman’s Choice” and the “Stone Soup Award of Excellence” will be awarded.
