The Utilities Department mission is to provide quality, cost effective utility services meeting the needs of our community. The Department is organized into five divisions:

Administration: The Administration Section of the Utilities Department is responsible for providing administrative support to all Divisions within the Department.

Business / Customer Service: The Business / Customer Service division ensures that the customer receives quality service while protecting and enhancing the revenues and assets of the City’s Utilities Department. 

Finance Division: 
The Utilities Finance Division is responsible for customer billing, payment processing and oversees the department’s budget.

Operations: The Utilities Operations Division is responsible for providing safe and reliable water and sewer service to our customers. Operations staff are available 24/7.

Water Reclamation Facility (WRF): The WRF is staffed with highly trained personnel who operate and maintain the state-of-the-art facility using submerged membrane bioreactor technology to produce extremely clear reclaimable water.
