The Housing & Neighborhood Services Division offers a variety of programs which are designed to enhance affordable housing and promote public services throughout North Las Vegas. 

 

 

 

THE CITY OF NORTH LAS VEGAS - FY 18/19 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AMENDMENT


The City of North Las Vegas is proposing to amend its Housing and Community Development FY 2018 and FY 2019 Annual Action Plans. The Action Plans will be available on September 19, 2020 for a 30-day public review and comment period.

The Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans identify the City’s housing and community development needs, priorities, goals, and strategies; and stipulate how funds will be allocated to housing and community development activities.

The City’s will amend its prior years Annual Action Plans to reallocate $1,970,000 from the Downtown Public Library project to two projects:

$1,000,000 to the Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Rental activity

$   970,000 to the Small Business Stabilization Forgivable Loan program for businesses impacted by COVID-19
